Help Build the Trails
It takes many helping hands to bring the dream of a trail network along our beautiful waterways to reality! People with a variety of talents are needed to serve on KM Trails committees. Many committees meet once a month, others are seasonal, and some are called upon on an as needed basis. If you want to help make a difference in Greater Waterville, contact us about joining one of these committees:
Fundraising and Budget
From fundraising events like National Trails Day to the possibility of a capital campaign, and grant applications, people with experience at raising funds are needed to help us find the resources to maintain and extend the KM Trails network.
Publicity
Join the team that generates our newsletter, maintains the website, handles merchandising, and gets the word out about our good work.
Maintenance
Help us monitor the trails, report problems, manage signage, and sometimes, pick up a rake, shovel, chainsaw, or post-hole digger to keep our ever-growing network of trails beautiful.
Whether you love to be outdoors or you're happier at a desk, we welcome your skills and talents.
